Campania boasts one of the finest and tasty cuisine in Italy. It is also one of the most known and appreciated in the world due to the large number of people coming from Campania who emigrated in the last century exporting their tastes and culinary knowledge. Pizza, probably the most popular specialty in the world, such as many types of pasta including spaghetti and sauces with which are served. Campania is the native land of the “lasagna” with ricotta cheese, eggplant parmigiana, “struffoli”, a typical Christmas dessert and “Pastiera”, a typical Easter dessert made of cream and wheat.
Our Cooking classes are designed for people who have the maximum flexibility so they can join to a daily group lesson. Recommended for solo travelers, small family groups, couples and for all lovers of good food. The group will consist of 10/15 students and the lesson will focus on a full menu. It will be fun to prepare a three-course lunch, including a delicious dessert, led by our head chef in a very informal atmosphere.
Moreover it is possible to organize pizza classes based on essential techniques to create the perfect pizza. You will start by making your own dough from scratch and then go step by step through the process of crafting the perfect "Pizza". We will provide aprons for all the wear and ... be prepared to eat some spectacular pizzas of your own creation.
