The coastline from Sorrento to Positano is without doubt one of the most beautiful in Italy, and Amalfi, Sorrento and Positano are known all over the world. The underwater beds do not betray the beauty of the costal scenery, and in most cases the depths are extentions of emerged limestone cliffs that offer to the divers vertiginous walls along the Gulfs of Naples and Salerno. The calcareous area offers on both sides a lot of caves, gorges and cavities. Here you are not short of shallows where the current and little blue fish offer an inviting environment for the tuna fish and amberjack. The underwater is appropriate to satisfy the interest of all kinds of divers, photographic, naturalistic, speleological and with a little bit of luck … archaeological.
Our underwater is perfect for professional scuba divers or snorkelers who want to dive in the marine nature reserve of Punta Campanella, or in any place on the Sorrento and Amalfi Coast.
People who want to go on excursions into the abysses guided by qualified staff, can contact our office that has been working for many years with the most important diving centers in the area.
This is an interesting way to spend a full day as a seaman. Starting at about 09.30 am from a little harbour in Sorrento, the first stop will be close to marine nature reserve of Punta Campanella, continuing on the route to the Saracen Towers. Along the way you will be escorted by a qualified crew, equipped with different nets to catch the fish that live in the peninsular of Sorrento's water, having the opportunity to live an exciting fishing adventure, to enjoy, throwing empty nets and await with excitement to haul them back in, anxious to discover the fruit of your catch that will then be cooked on the boat with old traditional local recipes and eaten on one of the beautiful coves of the area.
